Balanced Progression
We take Mythic progression seriously, but we believe a strong team environment matters just as much as boss kills.
Stable Team Culture
We value consistency, reliability, and players who want to build something long-term rather than constantly guild-hop.
Fun, Not Toxic
Banter and laughs are welcome. Ego, flaming, and toxicity are not.
Raider Expectations
What We Look For
We are not looking for perfect players. We are looking for consistent, prepared, team-minded raiders who want to improve.
Consistency & Attendance
We expect raiders to make raid nights a priority and maintain strong attendance. Real life happens, but consistent last-minute absences hurt the team, and may affect your raid spot.
Preparation
Raiders should come prepared with enchants, gems, boss knowledge, class knowledge, and the correct tools/addons.
Accountability
Mistakes happen. What matters is owning them, learning from them, and making visible improvement over time.
Team-First Mentality
Parses are nice, but killing the boss comes first. We value players who can do mechanics, adapt, and put the raid above personal ego.
Good Communication
Raiders should communicate absences early, ask questions when needed, and be able to receive feedback without defensiveness.
Zero Toxicity
We have fun and banter during raids, but flaming, ego-driven behavior, harassment, or toxic comments are not tolerated.
What You Can Expect
What Raiders Get From Us
We want raiders to feel like they are joining an organized team, not guessing how things work.
Approachable Leadership
Our leadership style is collaborative and direct. We want people to feel comfortable asking questions and raising concerns.
Organized Raid Nights
We aim to keep raid time focused, structured, and productive so the team can make the most of a limited schedule.
Rotating Roster System
We maintain a fair rotating roster system to ensure strong coverage and consistency. This helps prevent raids from being cancelled due to attendance while still giving everyone a clear and equitable opportunity to participate.
Fair Evaluation
Trials are evaluated on mechanics, output, preparation, attitude, consistency, and how well they fit the team environment.
Raid Requirements
Tools We Expect Raiders To Use
These tools help us keep progression organized and avoid wasting raid time.
Trials
How Trialing Works
Trials are reviewed by the officer team over time. We look at performance, mechanics, preparation, attendance, attitude, communication, and how well you fit into the raid environment. A strong trial is not just someone who can do damage or healing; it is someone who makes the team stronger.
